感谢你使用「Mark'em Down」（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用由独立开发者杨志远（Ivan Yang，以下简称"我们"）开发和维护。我们非常重视你的隐私，制定本《隐私政策》旨在向你说明本应用如何处理数据。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读本政策。

一句话总结：本应用是一个完全在本机运行的 Markdown 转 PDF 工具，不会收集、上传或分享你的任何文档内容或个人数据，也不包含广告或第三方数据追踪代码。

1. 我们不收集的信息

本应用的核心功能（Markdown 编辑、样式渲染、生成 HTML/PDF 预览与导出）完全在你的设备本地完成，不会将以下任何信息发送到我们或任何第三方的服务器：

你编辑或导入的 Markdown 文档内容；
生成的 HTML 或 PDF 文件内容；
渲染样式、主题、字体等个性化设置；
设备标识符、位置信息、通讯录、照片等系统隐私数据。

本应用不包含任何广告 SDK、用户行为分析 SDK 或第三方数据追踪代码，不会对你的使用行为进行画像或跨应用追踪。

2. 数据的存储位置

你创建或导入的 Markdown 文档、渲染样式配置以及生成的 PDF/HTML 文件，均保存在以下位置：

App 沙盒的 Documents 目录：用于保存你的 Markdown 文档和最近使用记录；
App Group 共享容器（group.com.nuanxinban.markemdown）：仅用于本应用与其自带的分享扩展（如"转换为 PDF""导入 Markdown"）之间在同一设备上传递文件，数据同样保存在你的设备本地；
设备本地偏好设置（UserDefaults）：用于记住你的排版主题、页面样式等偏好，以及"支持作者"内购的完成次数。

以上数据都只存在于你的设备上，我们无法访问，也不会被同步到云端或任何服务器。若你删除本应用，这些数据将随之被系统清除。

3. 本地第三方开源组件

本应用为实现 Markdown 渲染、数学公式、代码高亮和流程图功能，内置（打包在安装包内）了以下开源前端库，它们均在设备本地离线运行，不会向任何服务器发起网络请求：

marked.js（Markdown 解析）
KaTeX（数学公式渲染）
highlight.js（代码高亮）
Mermaid（流程图/时序图渲染）

以上组件仅用于本地渲染展示，不收集、不上传任何数据。

4. App Store 内购（支持作者）

本应用提供可选的"支持作者"内购项目，用于鼓励独立开发者持续维护本应用。该功能不会解锁任何额外功能。

所有购买交易均由 Apple 的 App Store 处理，支付信息（如信用卡号）由 Apple 管理，我们不会接触、存储或访问你的支付信息；
我们仅在你的设备本地记录"已支持次数"，用于在应用内展示感谢信息，该记录不会离开你的设备；

5. 文件访问权限

本应用使用系统提供的文件选择器（Files App / 分享面板）来导入或导出 Markdown、HTML、PDF 文件。这些操作均由你主动发起并由 iOS 系统权限机制控制，本应用不会在未经你操作的情况下访问设备上的其他文件。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

我们可能会不时更新本《隐私政策》，以反映功能变化或法律法规要求。更新后的政策将在本页面发布，并更新顶部的"生效日期"。建议你定期查看本页面以了解最新内容。

Privacy Policy

Thank you for using "Mark'em Down" (the "App"). The App is developed and maintained by independent developer Ivan Yang ("we", "us", or "our"). We take your privacy seriously, and this Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

In short: This App is a Markdown-to-PDF tool that runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, upload, or share any of your document content or personal data, and it contains no advertising or third-party tracking code.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App's core features (editing Markdown, applying render styles, generating HTML/PDF previews and exports) are performed entirely on your device. The App never transmits any of the following to us or to any third-party server:

The content of Markdown documents you create or import;
The content of HTML or PDF files you generate;
Your render style, theme, font, or other personalization settings;
Device identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, or other system privacy data.

The App does not include any advertising SDK, user-behavior analytics SDK, or third-party tracking code, and it does not profile you or track you across other apps.

2. Where Data Is Stored

Markdown documents you create or import, your render style preferences, and generated PDF/HTML files are stored in the following locations:

The App's sandboxed Documents directory: used to store your Markdown documents and recent-file history;
An App Group shared container (group.com.nuanxinban.markemdown): used only to pass files between the App and its bundled share extensions (such as "Convert to PDF" and "Import Markdown") on the same device. This data also remains on your device;
Local on-device preferences (UserDefaults): used to remember your layout theme and style preferences, as well as the number of completed "Support the Author" in-app purchases.

All of this data exists only on your device. We cannot access it, and it is never synced to a server or the cloud. If you delete the App, this data is removed by the system along with it.

3. Bundled Third-Party Open-Source Components

To provide Markdown rendering, math formulas, syntax highlighting, and diagram rendering, the App bundles the following open-source front-end libraries directly inside the app package. They all run locally and offline on your device and never make network requests:

marked.js (Markdown parsing)
KaTeX (math formula rendering)
highlight.js (syntax highlighting)
Mermaid (flowchart/sequence diagram rendering)

These components are used solely for local rendering and do not collect or transmit any data.

4. App Store In-App Purchases (Support the Author)

The App offers an optional "Support the Author" in-app purchase to encourage ongoing maintenance by the independent developer. This purchase does not unlock any additional functionality.

All transactions are processed by Apple's App Store. Payment information (such as credit card numbers) is handled and stored by Apple; we never see, collect, or store your payment information;
We only record the number of completed purchases locally on your device, in order to display a thank-you message inside the App. This record never leaves your device;

5. File Access Permissions

The App uses the system-provided file picker (Files app / share sheet) to import or export Markdown, HTML, and PDF files. These actions are always initiated by you and governed by iOS system permissions. The App does not access other files on your device without your action.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on this page, and the "Effective date" at the top will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
